What This Application Is

Welcome to the Bartlett Hicks Realty web application. On this site you can search homes and land for sale across Arkansas, view listing details and photos, and speak directly with a REALTOR®. When you're ready, sign up for a free account to save your favorite homes and searches.

Bartlett Hicks Realty is a small brokerage. Every listing we take is walked and represented by our principal broker, Jan — not handed off to an assistant or a call center.

How Google Sign-In Is Used

This application uses Google Sign-In to let you securely create an account and log in. If you choose to sign in with Google, we only receive your basic profile information — your name, email address, and profile picture — to create and identify your account and personalize your experience, such as saving your favorite real estate listings and searches. We never receive your Google password, and we do not request or access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other sensitive Google user data.

Signing in with Google is optional — you can create an account with an email address and password instead — and you can disconnect our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
