Right in the HEART of Arkansas Mountains Natural setting this breath taking land has a creek on it waterfalls . There is a flat area there for a building site with NO RESTRICTIONS this is an awesome property just to go to get away from everything and everyone . There are plenty of deer if you just want to put a small cabin out here and use it for hunting . Approximately 10 minutes from Clinton . Electric is available at the road however if you chose to build you would need septic . There is NO DEEDED ACCESS to this property part of the road is county maintained and then public then it goes to private at the bottom part , there are a couple of creeks you have to cross over to get to the land . The water is super clear it is so nice when you get down there .
